    - To commemorate the 30th anniversary of our academic society, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Academic Conference as outlined below. We sincerely encourage the active participation of our members to foster meaningful academic exchange and the sharing of technological expertise.

    - September 10 (Thu): Academic Presentations, Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speech, 30th Anniversary Commemorative Ceremony and Banquet
    - September 11 (Fri): Keynote Speech and Academic Presentations

3. Submission and Registration Procedures

  * Paper Proposal Submission Period: May 18 (Mon) – July 17 (Fri), 2026

  * Abstract Submission Period: July 20 (Mon) – August 21 (Fri), 2026

  * Submission Website: www.eesk.or.kr

  * Presentation Format: Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation (A0 size: 600 × 900)

  * At least one author must be a registered member who has paid the annual membership fee, and presenters must complete pre-registration prior to submission.

  * A separate luncheon session will be organized, during which Outstanding Paper Awards will be presented.

4. Special Sessions and Sponsorship Opportunities
